Job title: Adjunct Instructor for Accounting
About the Role The Department of Accounting in the School of Business and Entrepreneurship at North Central College invites applications for an adjunct professor non tenure-track to teach two undergraduate courses: (1) an in-person Managerial Accounting course and (2) an in-person Cost Accounting course. Both courses begin January 6 and end April 30. Candidates can either teach one or both courses.
What You'll Do
- Teach ACCT 202: Managerial Accounting (in-person; one remote day per week possible)
- Teach ACCT 307: Cost Accounting (in-person; one remote day per week possible)
- Term runs January 6 to April 30; candidates may teach one or both courses
What We're Looking For
- Doctoral degree preferred; candidates with a master's degree and college-level teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and communities is highly desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $3,800-$4,100
