Job title: Adjunct Instructor for Accounting
About the Role The Department of Accounting in the School of Business and Entrepreneurship at North Central College invites applications for an adjunct instructor (non-tenure-track) to teach undergraduate financial accounting or managerial accounting for fall 2025 or spring 2026 semester. Candidates may be assigned to one or more courses. A master’s degree in accounting and related work experience in the field are required. This appointment is per course and may be renewed based on need and performance.

- Teach undergraduate financial accounting or managerial accounting to undergraduate students for Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
- May be assigned to one or more courses.
- Demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence and professional responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in accounting.
- Related work experience in accounting or the area of teaching.
- College-level teaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Advanced degrees or certifications are preferred but not required.

- Additional advanced degrees or professional certifications.
Compensation & Benefits
- Budgeted salary range for this position is $3,800-$4,100.
- The pay will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
