William Peace University seeks qualified candidates to teach the following course in the Business discipline for the Spring 2027 semester:
MGT 498-ON: HR Certification Preparation
Instruction will take place online. This appointment will be from March 10, 2027 to May 1, 2027.
Essential duties and responsibilities: MGT 498-ON: HR Certification Preparation 4 credit hours Asynchronous format This course will focus on supporting your preparation for certification in human resource management. During the course, you’ll focus on the following areas: talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance and risk management. You will take regular practice tests and prepare for exam day.
Minimum Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Business or closely related field aPHR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification Experience teaching adult learners, ideally in online environments
Preferred Qualifications: A Doctoral degree in Business or closely related field Experience in HR is highly desired
