Adjunct for the Physician Assistant Program
Springfield College is seeking dynamic and experienced adjunct faculty members to join our Physician Assistant program. As an adjunct faculty member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to our PA students.

Compensation for adjunct faculty with fewer than 3 years college teaching experience is $2820 for a 3-credit course Compensation for adjunct faculty with 3 or more years college teaching experience is $3513 for a 3-credit course.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will depend on the role but could include:
- Assisting in the PA program cadaver labs : Must be available for labs on Fridays 9am-3:30 pm during the semester
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Engage in active communication with students to support their learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant or experience matching course expertise (e.g., pathologist, pharmacist, anatomist, etc.)
- Strong commitment to student success and academic excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience teaching in a PA program or precepting clinical students.
- Knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Brightspace.
