About the Role New England College seeks an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Video Production I for the Spring 2026 Term. The role involves delivering hands-on instruction in basic shooting, sound recording and editing, and guiding students to produce short, quality video projects as part of a production team on campus. What You'll Do
- Teach Video Production I for Spring 2026 term on the Henniker campus.
- Instruct students in shooting, sound recording and editing digital video, and help them complete short productions.
- Facilitate teamwork and production process, assigning typical roles within a crew.
- Provide feedback and assess student work; advise on equipment usage.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with other software as needed (Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder). What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years experience in video production with demonstrated creativity and attention to detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating video work.
- Proficiency with software including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder; ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook). Nice to Have
- A video camera or still camera with video capacity is suggested but not required. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary $850 per credit.
