About the Role Regent University's School of Law is seeking adjunct faculty to teach resident courses at the Virginia Beach, VA campus as well as online or hybrid courses in both the J.D. and LL.M. programs. An earned J.D. and/or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school is required. This is a part-time, per-credit position with a salary of $2,000 per credit hour.

What You'll Do

• Teach courses in the J.D. and LL.M. programs for on-campus (Virginia Beach) and online/hybrid formats.
• Utilize online instructional technology to deliver instruction and assessment.
• Contribute to scholarly activities and uphold Regent's identity and mission statements.
• Maintain the ability to teach undergraduate-level courses as needed.
• Support students in a Christ-centered learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• JD and/or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the practice of law in at least one state (preferred).
• Prior college or law school teaching experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with online instructional technology (preferred).
• Willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith.
• Ability to teach undergraduate-level courses; strong communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $2,000 per credit hour.
• Part-time; Not eligible for benefits.
