About the Role Regent University’s School of Education is seeking adjunct faculty to chair dissertations for doctoral candidates across all concentrations enrolled in the Doctor of Education and Doctor of Philosophy programs. Chairs supervise dissertation research, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to the Dissertation Handbook throughout the process.
What You'll Do
- Chair dissertations for doctoral candidates across all concentrations and programs.
- Review candidates' manuscripts within two weeks and provide practical, constructive feedback.
- Respond to student emails within 24 hours on weekdays.
- Ensure compliance with Dissertation Handbook policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with candidates and the School of Education to support successful completion of the dissertation journey.
