About the Role Gannon University's Department of Philosophy and Theology is expanding its pool of qualified adjuncts to support its programs in Erie, Pennsylvania. This is a temporary, part-time adjunct position posted for 12 months. Eligible candidates may be contacted if an open adjunct position becomes available during the posting period. The Erie campus is the primary location, with a Ruskin, Florida campus also listed.
What You'll Do
- Teach courses in philosophy and theology as needed within the department.
- Conduct instruction in a normal classroom and office setting on-site.
- Maintain involvement with the department's adjunct pool; candidates may be contacted if/when an open adjunct position arises within the 12-month posting period.
What We're Looking For
- A master's degree in the relevant discipline with teaching or professional experience.
- Ability to meet the physical demands associated with a normal academic environment.
- Willingness to teach on the Erie, PA campus (and the Ruskin, FL campus where applicable).
