Adjunct Faculty Open Rank - Health Information Technology
Stella and Charles Guttman Community College at City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking adjunct faculty to teach Health Information Technology for the following semester sessions:
- Fall II Session: January 4, 2027 – February 24, 2027
We are looking for candidates with availability to teach online. In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to use effective pedagogical and technology-based strategies that enable the success of all students.
Adjunct faculty will be responsible for teaching and providing guidance related to the following courses:
- Introduction to HIT
- Legal and Ethical Aspects of Healthcare
- Medical Terminology
- Quality Assessment and Statistics
- Principles of Healthcare Reimbursement
- Introduction to CPT/HCPCS Coding
- Clinical Classification Systems: ICD-10-CM/PCS Coding

QUALIFICATIONS
