About the Role
Adjunct faculty teaching opportunities are available for undergraduate and graduate online programs at Montreat College. The disciplines with the greatest need include: Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Statistics, Biology. Please note that we are not accepting applications for Business adjunct teaching at the time. Successful candidate will affirm and support the Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith of Montreat College.
What You'll Do
- Teach online courses for undergraduate and graduate programs in the listed disciplines (Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Statistics, Biology).
- Align instruction with Montreat College's mission and Statement of Faith.
- Collaborate with program leadership and maintain high-quality online instruction consistent with program guidelines.
- What We're Looking For
- Earned doctorate in the field to teach in a master’s level program; a minimum of a master’s degree in the field is required to teach undergraduate courses.
- Online teaching experience preferred.
- Commitment to Christ-centered teaching and to affirming Montreat College's Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith.
- Disciplines for teaching include Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Statistics, Biology.
