Job title: Adjunct Faculty - Nursing
About the Role Regent University is seeking adjunct faculty to teach online in RN-to-BSN and MSN programs within the College of Healthcare Sciences. This part-time, online role supports Christ-centered teaching and academic excellence, delivering instruction in nursing programs in a flexible, remote format should be aligned with the College and University Identity and Mission statements.
What You'll Do
- Teach online courses in RN-to-BSN and MSN programs.
- Utilize online instructional technology to deliver course content and assess student learning.
- Model Christ-centered teaching and learning in alignment with Regent University’s identity and mission statements.
- Demonstrate a record of or potential for academic scholarship.
What We're Looking For
- An earned Ph.D. in Nursing or a D.N.P., with eligibility for state licensure without restrictions.
- Two years of clinical nursing experience.
- Ability to teach undergraduate-level courses.
- Facility with online instructional technology.
- Willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100 per credit hour per student, up to $3,000 per course (USD).
