About the Role The University of Cincinnati College of Law, an ABA-accredited law school, seeks lawyers and judges to teach a Medical Malpractice course to students on a part-time basis during Spring 2027 or Fall 2028. What You'll Do
- Teach the Medical Malpractice course to law students on a part-time basis during Spring 2027 or Fall 2028.
- Cover topics including the professional standard of care, informed consent, evidentiary challenges involved in proving medical negligence, and expert testimony; examine malpractice insurance systems, statutory damages caps, and the relationship between malpractice litigation and patient safety.
- Draw on the practical experience of adjuncts to enrich the curriculum and provide diverse pedagogical perspectives. What We're Looking For
