Job title: Adjunct Faculty - Marketing and Management – On Campus

About the Role Adjunct faculty in the Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Business Law areas to instruct one or more on-campus courses as needed. This is a pooled position from which Adjunct/Affiliates will be hired, serving as an electronic file and replacing receiving paper CVs. As openings occur, candidates will be drawn from this pool until May 2027. Applicants will need to re-apply after June 1, 2027 to be considered for the next academic year. The position is on-campus in Scranton, PA; immigration sponsorship will not be offered.

What You'll Do

  • Teach a specified course(s) on campus
  • Prepare course materials
  • Provide support and guidance to students
  • Report grades
  • This is not a remote/hybrid position; located on campus in Scranton, Pennsylvania

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Education Requirements: Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related majors
  • Preferred Education: ABD, Ph.D., or DBA in business administration or related majors
  • Minimum Job Experience Requirements: AACSB-qualified based on our school’s standards
  • Must maintain currency and relevance by engaging in at least six professional engagement activities every six years on a rolling basis (e.g., consulting, participation in professional associations, active service on boards)
  • Immigration sponsorship will not be offered; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice to Have

  • Previous teaching experience
  • Significant work in the fields of management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or business law
