About the Role Washington Adventist University's Department of Nursing is expanding its pool of adjunct faculty for the Graduate Program. Adjunct instructors are hired as needed, with assignments and opportunities reviewed periodically based on student enrollment; hires are at the discretion of the department.
What You'll Do
- Teach graduate nursing courses as an adjunct faculty member in the Graduate Program for Nursing, as assigned and as enrollment permits.
- Coordinate with the Department Chair and program leadership to deliver instruction in accordance with WAU policies and standards.
- Maintain professional standards and support student learning outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Interest in joining WAU's adjunct pool to teach in the Graduate Program in Nursing.
- Willingness to be considered for teaching assignments as enrollment requires; decisions are discretionary by the department.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $3000 per 3-credit course
