New England College seeks part-time faculty to teach graduate courses in online Education courses.

Duties

Summary

Engage all students to facilitate and achieve course learning outcomes

Review and grade all work submitted by students and provide timely and substantive feedback

Coach struggling students toward success

Provide “experiential learning” opportunities whenever possible

Deliver content that aligns with research and best practices in the field

Required Qualifications
Education
-
Master’s degree in Education
-
State licensure in the area of the course (Literacy)
-
Skills & Knowledge
-
Demonstrated knowledge and use of effective and innovative pedagogy, curriculum design and learning outcome alignment
Experience
-
Experience in the K-12 setting
-
Prior teaching and proven record of teaching effectiveness
