Job title: Adjunct Faculty - Department of Counseling Ministries
Regent University’s School of Psychology & Counseling - Department of Counseling Ministries is seeking adjunct faculty to teach online in the M.A. in Human Services, M.A. in Pastoral Counseling, and Ph.D. in Counseling & Psychological Studies. This part-time adjunct position requires an earned terminal degree from an accredited college or university and proficiency with online instructional technology. The successful candidate will align with the College and University Identity and Mission statements.
What You'll Do
- Teach online courses in the M.A. in Human Services, M.A. in Pastoral Counseling, and Ph.D. in Counseling & Psychological Studies.
- Demonstrate Christ-centered teaching and a record of or potential for academic scholarship.
- Possess the ability to teach undergraduate-level courses.
- Utilize online instructional technology effectively.
- Embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to a statement of Christian faith.
What We're Looking For
- Earned terminal degree from an accredited college or university appropriate for the discipline.
- Prior college teaching experience (preferred).
- Proficiency with online instructional technology.
- Ability to teach undergraduate-level courses.
- Willingness to embrace the College and University Identity and Mission statements and Christian faith.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100 per credit hour per student, up to $3,000 per course.
- Benefits: None.
