About this role
About the Role Mercy University's Communication Arts program seeks part-time adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate courses across four focus areas: Communication and Culture, Strategic Communication and Writing, Content Creation and Production, and Voice and Performance. Adjunct positions are filled as needed through ongoing recruitment, and applicants are contacted and hired year-round based on program needs. Successful candidates may be offered the opportunity to teach up to three sections of any given course. What You'll Do
- Teach undergraduate courses within the Communication Arts program across its four areas.
- Deliver instruction on a part-time basis at day or evening times, with courses offered on campus (Dobbs Ferry, Manhattan, The Bronx) or online.
- Support student learning by preparing and evaluating coursework in line with Mercy University expectations.
