About the Role Nova Southeastern University’s College of Psychology is seeking Adjunct Faculty members for the Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s degree programs. The roles are based at Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, and Miami campuses as well as online, with a hybrid teaching arrangement. The adjunct faculty will teach courses, mentor students, and engage in scholarship to support the program. What You'll Do
- Teach graduate-level courses in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
- Mentor and advise students
- Conduct and contribute to scholarly activities, and participate in program development
- Collaborate with colleagues and maintain professional identity as a counselor educator What We're Looking For
- Doctoral degree in Counselor Education (terminal degree must be earned by date of hire)
- Licensed or license-eligible professional counselor
- Graduate teaching experience
- Commitment to multicultural counseling
- Active professional affiliations with AMHCA, ACES, ACA (preferred) Nice to Have
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Professional Counselor or Licensed Mental Health Counselor
- NBCC certification or eligibility
