The University of Pikeville (UPIKE) is currently seeking adjunct faculty who are passionate about teaching and student learning for the Humanities division in the College of Arts and Sciences, specifically for vocal performance. The adjunct professor is expected to teach in the vocal performance program while accepting the following responsibilities: Teach group performance classes (beginner and intermediate), individual lessons, and/or ensembles. The typical time commitment is between 2.5 and 8 hours of classroom time per week. Utilize UPIKE’s learning management system to upload course materials, communicate with students, and enter assessment feedback and grades, adhering to all related deadlines and policies. Maintain office hours for mentoring and coaching students.
