About the Role
The Aviation Department at Wright State University seeks an adjunct instructor to teach Aviation Law as part of its aviation programs. This role involves preparing and delivering aviation law coursework within the Center for Civics, Culture, and Workforce Development. The instructor will begin by preparing materials and teaching the aviation law course(s).
What You'll Do
- Teach Aviation Law courses within the Aviation Department's programs.
- Prepare and enhance course materials, including syllabus, lecture materials, and student assignments.
- Prepare the Pilot Student interface for each course.
- Maintain accurate and transparent student records.
- Maintain regularly scheduled office hours and respond promptly to student inquiries.
- Adhere to all university policies and maintain professional development and ethical standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctorate (required)
- Teaching experience (preferred)
