Job title: ADAS Domain Controller Engineer

About the Role Luxoft is seeking a proactive professional for the Luxury OEM UK account on the ADAS Domain Controller project. The role involves delivering a platform solution based on AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive and QNX, collaborating with OEM squads on Signal & Service Management, Diagnostics, SW Update, Vehicle Config, QNX/Middleware and Software Architecture. The successful candidate will be a gritty problem solver with a global mindset, capable of independent delivery and effective liaison with OEM stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the ADAS Domain Controller project as part of the Luxury OEM UK account team.
• Collaborate across Signal & Service Management, Diagnostics, SW Update, Vehicle Config, QNX/Middleware and Software Architecture areas with OEMs.
• Work with AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive and QNX to deliver an integrated platform solution, coordinating with cameras, radars, ultrasound sensors and other sensors.
• Drive topics independently, liaise with OEM stakeholders to remove blockers, and ensure high-quality daily delivery.
• Respond quickly to OEM changing needs and demonstrate a problem-solving, self-starter attitude and team-player approach.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with AUTOSAR Classic and AUTOSAR Adaptive and QNX in automotive/embedded domains.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, self-starter with the ability to think outside the box.
• Global mindset with ability to operate in UK/OEM context and liaise with multiple stakeholders; low ego; high impact; accountable.
• Excellent collaboration skills; able to work as part of a team and respond quickly to changing requirements.
• Understanding of Vehicle Electronics, sensors (cameras, ultrasound, radars) integration and platform-level software architecture.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience delivering platform solutions in ADAS across AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive and QNX.
• Experience with OEM collaboration and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Signal and Service Management, Diagnostics, Software Update, Vehicle Config, and QNX/Middleware.
