Banco Plata, S.A. - Ad Creative Intern
The primary focus of this role is to support the Digital Marketing Performance team in creating AI-generated video content for social media, sourcing new creators, and keeping ads fresh and on-trend.
This is a part-time, remote position — ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation. No need to come into the office. Experience is a plus, but genuine interest and willingness to learn matter most.
Challenges that await you:
- Generate AI videos following provided instructions and creative guidelines.
- Source new creators based on given criteria.
- Review videos against a quality checklist before publishing.
- Track social media trends and suggest new ad ideas for the product.
- Communicate consistently with internal and external teams to keep content on schedule.
What makes you a great fit:
- Native Spanish speaker and intermediate English.
- Confident social media user: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, globally and by platform.
- Comfortable being creative with AI video tools for social media content.
- Video editing skills (no professional software required) — a strong plus.
- Comfortable with computers and basic tools (Google Drive, Gmail); able to use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
- Currently studing Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
