About the Role As part of Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations, the ACES Manager in Egypt will help design and launch Ultra-fast grocery operations, drive standardization, and coordinate cross-functional improvements for Amazon Now Stores. What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement UFG LM UTR/OTR improvements, drive standardization, and coordinate Kaizen events across the UFG Amazon Now Stores.
- Serve as a key link between local operations and country business teams to drive innovation, test ideas, and ensure best practices are followed safely.
- Partner closely with RoW countries to share and implement best practices; provide SME support for UTR, routing, and OTR planning.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards within your remit and promote an inspiring Health and Safety culture on-site.
- Be accountable for operational leadership by measuring performance, providing feedback, and supporting staff development.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and productivity to meet and exceed business objectives. What We're Looking For
- A proven leader with a strong track record of achieving results in cross-functional operations.
- Ability to break down complex problems, test new ideas, and drive process improvements; strong collaboration and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in health and safety standards, Kaizen events, program/project management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Willingness to partner with teams from RoW to share and implement best practices; customer-focused mindset and a drive for operational excellence.
