ACE Welcome Desk Specialist

Serve as the first point of contact at the ACE Welcome Desk to support students and prospective students. Responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, ensuring students scan in for federal reporting, assisting with appointments, and completing clerical tasks such as filing and email correspondence. ACE training is provided and required. Responsibilities and Career Competencies:

  • Assist students with contract requirements – C, CT, L, P
  • Follow appropriate procedures to document and submit records – T, C, CT, P
  • Maintain accurate files, records, and data of each student – P, L, C, CSD, T
  • Assist with developing marketing and learning materials – CSD, C, CT, CTR, L, P, T
  • Create and submit videos, print materials, and online content – CSD, C, CT, CTR, L, P, T
  • Professionally represent the ACE – CSD, C, CT, CTR, L, P, T
  • Interact with faculty, staff, and other campus constituents – CSD, C, CTR, L, P, T
  • Represent the ACE at various events – CSD, C, CT, CTR, L, P, T
  • Maintain a positive mindset and respect students’ needs, abilities, and confidentiality – CSD, C, CT, L, P, T
  • Remain open to the evolving needs of ACE – CSD, CT, CTR, L, P, T
