About the role
GeoStabilization International (GSI) is hiring an Analyst I to own job setup for all GSI companies (GSI, ALC, and Roadguard) and the lien process that follows. You’ll take each job from bid award through handoff, making sure the system matches the contract exactly. You’ll also support collections: weekly client statements, customer calls on outstanding AR, payment application in Vista, and invoicing portals.
This is an ownership role. Outcomes matter more than activity, and the work isn’t done until the numbers are right.
What you’ll do
-
Create job setup in Salesforce and Vista for every GSI company once a bid is won.
-
Coordinate the master job setup form with front-end teams, owning setup end to end through the PDE and PDM handoff.
-
Work with Legal to confirm every contract term matches system setup, and sign off on field accuracy before handoff.
-
Set up the lien process on each job at the same time as job setup, and work with NCS on lien filings.
-
Set up weekly collection statements, keep customer contact information current, and call customers with outstanding AR, documenting each outcome.
-
Apply customer payments in Vista, and set up invoicing portals and load invoices when clients require them.
-
What we’re looking for
-
0–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, contract administration, or project accounting. Construction or project-based industry experience is preferred.
-
Working knowledge of Vista and Salesforce, and strong Excel skills.
-
Understanding of contracts, lien and bond requirements, and the billing and collections cycle.
-
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to match contract terms to system data.
-
Clear written and verbal communication with customers, Legal, and front-end teams.
-
LEAN Practitioner level (GSI internal program).
-
Adequacy versus excellence
-
An adequate Analyst I completes setup accurately and on time. An exceptional one catches the contract term that doesn’t match the system before Legal does, owns a job from bid to handoff without being chased, and turns a collections call into a resolved balance. We’re hiring for the second profile: someone with the judgment and drive to grow into Analyst II and beyond, where the scope expands to weekly executive reporting, complex collections, and team training.
-
US pay range for this role.
-
$66,000—$88,000 USD
