Accounts Receivable Clerk
We are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk in Albuquerque, NM. This role is responsible for calling customers to collect payments, answering incoming calls, inputting invoices, and keeping files organized while collaborating with the team to ensure smooth financial processes. Candidates should have at least one year of experience, be self-motivated, punctual, and a strong team player, with additional preference given to those holding a bachelor’s degree or more extensive experience. The position offers a Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm schedule with pay depending on experience, along with benefits including health, dental, vision, paid time off, savings account options, and company-provided equipment.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a closely related accounting support role.
- Hands-on familiarity with commercial collections, cash applications, and payment posting.
- Ability to manage customer communications with professionalism and persistence.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering invoices and maintaining records.
- Dependable work habits, including punctuality, accountability, and the ability to stay motivated throughout the day.
- Comfortable working as part of a team while also handling assigned tasks independently.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and additional relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
