Objetivo del Puesto Realizar funciones de seguimiento a proveedores desempeñando funciones básicas de contabilidad y administrativas, para asegurar un procesamiento preciso y eficiente de las transacciones de cuentas por pagar. Actuar de acuerdo con nuestros principios y valores fundamentales.

Principales responsabilidades y funciones:

1. Revisión y conciliación semanal de Estados de Cuenta de los proveedores y Entidades asignados.
2. Control y seguimiento de Cartas de no adeudo trimestrales.
3. Revisión de corridas semanales para la liberación de facturas a pago, controlando que los procedimientos estén alineados a los principios de contabilidad general y a las políticas internas de la empresa.
4. Proporcionar soporte a Equipo Operativo y Shared Service Center en India.
5. Elaboración de reportes semanales y mensuales.
6. Requerimientos especiales del SAT.
7. Actualización de datos bancarios y/o correos de los proveedores asignados.
8. Seguimiento a pagos especiales (críticos y anticipados)
9. Backup para cubrir tareas del área en caso necesario.

Conocimiento, Experiencia y Habilidades Indispensable Deseable

Escolaridad y Certificaciones Contador Público Titulado, Administrador de Empresas Titulado o afines.

Experiencia Mínimo 3 años en puesto Especialista de Cuentas por Pagar en empresas de servicios o industria relacionada a la logística.

Especialista en Conocimientos y Habilidades Conocimiento en conciliación de Estados de Cuenta de Proveedores Capacidad de análisis Importante habilidad en servicio y trato con proveedores Revisión de Catalogo de Proveedores Conocimiento de cuentas contables de gastos administrativos Anticipos de Gastos a Comprobar Trabajo en equipo Manejo de Software Se requiere manejo de: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet. Intermedio - Avanzado
