Position Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing accounting activities, supporting financial reporting and analysis for the company’s incentive compensation, US benefits, and stock transactions. This position serves as an accounting point of contact for US and Canada benefits and partners with management across finance and other corporate functions such as legal, treasury, and human resources. The role includes supervisory responsibilities, including reviewing work, providing direction, supporting team development, and ensuring timely completion of accounting deliverables.
