About the Role The selected candidate will manage royalties and partner transactions for game titles, ensuring accurate accounting and tax treatment based on contracts, and executing tasks in line with settlement and payment schedules. This is a leadership-track role with potential for global exposure and future rotation across finance domains. What You'll Do
- Calculate, pay royalties, and issue royalty statements for game titles and partner agreements
- Handle accounting and tax processing for joint marketing and support for overseas game creators
- Prepare vouchers, contracts, and tax-related documents
- Respond to audits and tax investigations as needed
- Regularly coordinate with Europe, the Americas, business, systems, and accounting/tax teams
- Continuously propose and implement improvements to daily tasks
- Travel opportunities for global summits and project meetings
- Potential job rotations to broaden experience across accounting, tax, and finance areas What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and tax knowledge
- Proficient Excel/PC skills
- English communication skills
- Experience using SAP S/4HANA
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset; able to contribute to a healthy, collaborative environment
