Remedy Staffing is hiring for a Senior Accounting Specialist with a leading warehouse on the Southside.
-
We’re looking for an experienced accounting professional to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, AR/AP, reconciliations, and cash monitoring.

Pay: $23-$32/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Support AR/AP and daily accounting activities
- Complete month-end close and financial reporting
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash monitoring
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, audits, and compliance
- Review financial data and resolve discrepancies
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

4–7 years of accounting experience preferred

Experience with MRP II systems preferred.

Proficiency in the Windows environment, including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

Ability to write routine reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to read and interpret English documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
