Responsibilities

Scope:

• The role covers daily transactional accounting activities, including vendor invoice entry, corporate card reconciliations, employee expense accounting, banking instructions, and export invoice processing. The Accounting Specialist interacts with internal teams (Finance, Logistics, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR) and external stakeholders (banks, vendors, customs authorities, logistics providers). The scope includes responsibility for tracking e invoices, supporting bank collection closure processes for export transactions, preparing reconciliations, and providing timely financial information to the company’s headquarters treasury team. The role also supports month-end accounting activities, foreign currency revaluations, and prepaid expense postings.
