Our client, an IT and Computer Hardware Sales & Distribution Company based in Ikeja, Lagos, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Officer to support its daily accounting operations and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and process daily transactions.
- Reconcile sales, bank accounts, receipts and payments.
- Monitor customer accounts, outstanding debts and supplier balances.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock discrepancy investigations.
- Prepare financial reports and support tax documentation and compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal financial controls.
Requirements

BSc/HND in Accounting or Accountancy, or ICAN ATS qualification.

2–3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Good knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.

Strong numerical skills, attention to detail and organisational ability.

High level of integrity, accuracy and accountability.
