About the Role Robert Half Management Resources is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support a manufacturing client in Troy, Ohio. This interim role will provide leadership for 3-6 months with potential for contract-to-hire, guiding core accounting operations, producing reliable financial information, and partnering with senior leadership across multiple sites. The role is 100% onsite at the client location in Troy, OH, with an opportunity to lead a small team and strengthen financial processes. What You'll Do
- Direct daily accounting activities and provide leadership to a team of 4-6 professionals across general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Manage the month-end close process to ensure financial results are completed accurately, reviewed thoroughly, and delivered on schedule.
