About the Role We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations in a professional services environment, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth support for ERP implementations. This role partners with leadership to maintain strong controls and scalable processes while delivering timely financial insights. What You'll Do
- Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable workflows
- Reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger
- Support ERP implementation projects and system enhancements
- Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and internal controls What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
- 3+ years accounting experience (professional services preferred)
- Strong general ledger and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- NetSuite experience highly valued
- US work authorization required Nice to Have
