Accounting Manager - AR/ Revenue Operations

About the Role We are seeking an Accounting Manager - AR/ Revenue Operations to join a growing logistics organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role serves as a key partner to the Controller, providing leadership across revenue operations, billing oversight, and accounts receivable performance. It also contributes to close support, cash management, compliance coordination, and reporting initiatives. What You'll Do

• Lead oversight of revenue, billing, and accounts receivable activities to promote accuracy, timely processing, and effective operational control.
• Coach and support the AR Lead by reviewing work quality, helping resolve escalated issues, and reinforcing strong day-to-day execution.
• Partner with the Controller to improve revenue-related workflows, strengthen internal controls, and build more reliable accounting procedures.
• Contribute to month-end close activities by preparing or reviewing reconciliations, journal entries, and other supporting accounting deliverables.
• Assist with treasury and compliance tasks, including monitoring recurring deadlines and helping ensure important obligations are completed on schedule.
• Support financial reporting and audit-related requests by organizing documentation, validating data, and responding to information needs.
• Work cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders to enhance systems, automate manual tasks, and improve how transactions move through the accounting process.
• Step into operational accounting projects and special initiatives, including process clean-up efforts and issue resolution tied to revenue operations.
• Monitor trends and exceptions in receivables and revenue activity, investigate discrepancies, and recommend practical corrective actions. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience with direct ownership of a core process or function.
• Strong background in accounts receivable, billing, and revenue cycle operations.
• Experience supporting month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and related accounting fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems and receivables platforms.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and collaborate with technology teams on automation or system enhancements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both daily priorities and recurring deadlines effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a hands-on leadership approach and the ability to identify issues early and follow through on solutions. Nice to Have

• Salary range: 80,000 - 90,000 USD per year.
