About the role

Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting with invoice processing and data entry into accounting systems.
- Performing bank and account reconciliations.
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
- Helping with the organization and maintenance of financial records.
- Supporting the monthly and quarterly closing processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Finance and Accounting Vocational qualification.
- Technical Skills: Excel and SAP.
- Data Entry: Strong skills in accurate and efficient data entry.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
