HELP US TO SHINE!

• You will be responsible for the daily receipt, counting, verification, and reconciliation of all cash receipts from the hotel’s operational areas.
• You will prepare daily bank deposits and ensure they are processed correctly.
• You will manage the hotel’s cash balances and cash drawers and ensure complete documentation.
• You will reconcile cash receipts with sales reports and analyze and resolve discrepancies.
• You will process and verify cash disbursements from the petty cash fund, including all required supporting documentation and approvals.
• You review and post cash-related transactions in the accounting system.
• You will reconcile general ledger accounts and bank accounts and resolve any outstanding discrepancies.
• You will actively assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• You will ensure compliance with guidelines, internal controls, audit requirements, and all cash-handling processes.
• You will support the Finance Team with projects, analyses, and the continuous optimization of processes and workflows.

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS!

• You have completed a business apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification in finance, accounting, or the hospitality industry.
• Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in accounting, cashier operations, or the finance department of a hotel.
• You have a strong aptitude for numbers and work with the utmost care and in a structured manner.
• You are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and absolute trustworthiness.
• You possess analytical skills and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You have a good command of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of hotel or accounting systems is a plus.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
• You’re a team player with a positive, service-oriented personality.
• You maintain a clear overview even in high-pressure situations and work reliably while meeting deadlines.
