About the Role KSM is seeking an Accounting Advisory Director to join the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Accounting Advisory practice. This role focuses on PE and corporate engagements around post-closing accounting, including purchase accounting under ASC 805, opening balance sheets, and purchase price adjustments. You will lead complex engagements, help develop the practice, and collaborate across TAS and the broader firm to deliver high-impact client solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex accounting advisory engagements for private equity and corporate clients, with emphasis on purchase accounting (ASC 805), opening balance sheet matters, and purchase price adjustment support
- Contribute to the development of the TAS Accounting Advisory service line through high-quality client delivery, internal collaboration, and practice development initiatives
