Job Position: Accounting / Administrative Officer
Job Location: Ogudu, Ori-Oke - Lagos

Overview
- This job is a blend of accounting, administrative and general services functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep/track records of all financial transactions - including account receivables and account payables.
- Reconcile bank transfers (inflows/outflows) with internal accounting records/receipt books.
- Facilitate/drive the preparation of periodic operational budgets & implementation.
- Process invoices/bills for purchases/services rendered for approval & payments.
- Manage school fees billing system, track payments, reconciliations and prepare periodic payment status reports.
- Monitor income/expenditure in line with the budget and produce monthly financial reports.
- Provide general administrative support in accordance with Management instructions.
- Ensure good functionality of various office equipment/facilities & ensure preventive maintenance.
- Perform all other duties that may be assigned to you by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Accounting / Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of post graduation accounting experience.
- Previous work experience in a reputable school will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to details and good analytical skill.
- Excellent IT capability, with advanced MS Excel skill.
- A strong business orientation.
- Excellent communication.
