Job Title: Accountant – Hospitality / Hotel Industry
Location: Saligao, Goa (On-site) Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience: 1–3 Years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting. Candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or the hospitality industry are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime or similar software.
- Handle bank, cash, POS, UPI, and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance, and payroll accounting.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.
- Support monthly closing and finalisation of accounts.
- Coordinate with CAs, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.
Required Skills

Strong accounting fundamentals and Tally Prime knowledge.

Understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

Knowledge of Excel and financial reporting.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Preferred Industry: Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Hospitality, or Legal Services

Languages: English and Hindi; Konkani is an added advantage.
