Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and reconciliations
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls
- Support financial consolidations and management reporting
- Analyze financial results, variances, and foreign currency exposure
- Support external reporting and SEC filing activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 9 months of accounting experience; 2–5 years preferred
- CPA certified or actively pursuing CPA
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP/S4, Hyperion, or Workiva is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Prior audit experience is a plus
