Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage our financial transactions, general ledger, and reporting processes.
- You will work with the finance team to maintain accurate records and support regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management: Record daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements.

Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budget forecasts and tracking financial performance against goals.

Tax & Compliance: Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure adherence to local financial policies and accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS).

Auditing: Organize financial documents and support internal and external audits.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.

Experience:Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Accountant.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, or FreshBooks.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, tax regulations, and GAAP/IFRS principles.

Certifications: Professional certification such as a ACA, CPA, CMA, or local equivalent is an added advantage.
