Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage accounts receivable operations, customer reconciliations, debtor aging analysis, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and customer account reconciliations.
- Prepare debtor aging reports and support debt collection.
- Calculate monthly incentives and analyse CRM data.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve payment discrepancies and improve cash flow.
Requirements

B.Sc. Degree in Accounting.

Minimum of 10 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably in a large-scale manufacturing company.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP accounting software, and CRM platforms.

Strong experience in bank reconciliation, customer account reconciliation, debtor aging analysis, and monthly incentive calculations.

Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Leadership potential and willingness to pursue relevant ICAN professional qualifications.
