Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the Company's accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance, and maintain effective financial controls.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger transactions.

Prepare monthly financial statements, management accounts, and cash flow reports.

Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.

Process invoices, receipts, supplier payments, and other financial transactions.

Maintain inventory accounting records and reconcile stock values for solar products and equipment.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.

Ensure proper financial documentation, internal controls, and audit compliance.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant regulatory authorities.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting(mandatory).

Minimum of 3 years of in-house accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, and accounting principles.

Practical experience in inventory accounting, budgeting, and cost control.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Ability to independently manage accounting responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high professional integrity.

Previous experience in the solar, renewable energy, engineering, equipment distribution, or project-based industry is an added advantage.
