Job Overview
At OBIDA, original African prints become clothing handcrafted in Nigeria. You’ll keep the books reliable and make the value and cost of every piece visible, from raw materials to finished stock. Working with Finance, Operations and Production, you’ll help the business understand its margins and resolve stock discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Process payables, track receivables and reconcile bank, cash and payment accounts.
- Cost raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods down to each SKU.
- Coordinate weekly cycle counts and monthly stock reconciliations with Operations.
- Investigate stock variances and track waste, COGS and gross margins.
- Deliver monthly books, inventory reports and supporting records for filings.

Hands-on inventory accounting

Bookkeeping and reconciliations

Product and channel gross-margin analysis

Separate-entity bookkeeping and ledger reconciliations

Timely monthly books and inventory reporting

Preferred Qualifications
