Flash Delivery (Flash Express) is a technology-driven logistics and courier company that provides fast, reliable, and secure parcel delivery services for individuals, e-commerce businesses, and corporate clients. The company focuses on last-mile delivery, parcel pickup, warehousing, fulfillment, and supply chain solutions to ensure timely movement of goods and customer satisfaction.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Accountant footprint at Flash Delivery focuses on tracking incoming revenue, receivables and credit control from e-commerce partners and corporate shipments.

Invoicing and Billing: Generate and issue accurate, timely invoices to corporate clients and e-commerce partners.
Collections and Debt Recovery: Actively monitor customer accounts, track overdue balances, and follow up rigorously to ensure prompt payments.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer payments against internal logistics databases to clear discrepancies or billing disputes.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of new corporate accounts before granting credit terms.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, financial statements, and performance reports.
Taxation and Statutory Compliance: Ensure accurate calculations and timely remittance of local statutory obligations such as PAYE, Pension, VAT, WHT, NSITF, and NHF.
Audit and Internal Controls: Identify internal control gaps, safeguard financial processes, and act as a primary point of contact for external auditors.
Payroll and Inter-departmental Support: Review payroll schedules and provide financial insights to operations, fleet, procurement, and HR teams
Requirement
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

2 to 4 years of experience for core operational roles (Receivables / Credit Control).
3 to 5+ years for Senior positions. Experience within logistics, supply chain, transportation, or FMCG sectors gives candidates a major competitive advantage.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and experience navigating modern ERP/accounting systems.

Professional Certifications:

For senior officer paths, holding or progressing toward professional certifications like ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is highly preferred.

Soft Skills:

Strong negotiation, customer management, and analytical skills to resolve high-stakes payment disputes professionally

N170,000 - N190,000 monthly.
