At Eni, we are looking for an Accountant within Eni Natural Energies (ENE) in Mozambique. You will be responsible for assisting the Chief Accountant with processing invoices from receipt to payment, issuing billing and maintaining the company’s General Ledger.
Main responsibilities
- Record and process invoices received, ensuring accurate matching to contracts in SAP and full compliance with fiscal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor invoice approval workflows and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely processing.
- Liaising with company contractors regarding invoice payment matters.
- Perform supplier ledger reconciliations and investigate, resolve, and document discrepancies.
