Section: Overview CoreHR Consulting is recruiting for a client in the travel & tourism industry for the role of Accountant.
Section: Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and receivables using Zoho Books
- Prepare monthly revenue and management reports
- Run payroll and verify beneficiary details before payment
- Handle PAYE, pension, NSITF, LIRS, and other statutory obligations
- Reconcile accounts, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records
- Identify and promptly report payment, reconciliation, or reporting issues
Section: Requirements
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) or a finance graduate with strong practical experience
- Minimum 3 years' accounting experience, preferably in a service-based business
- Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Good understanding of Nigerian tax and statutory compliance
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and financial reporting skills
- Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage
