Job description
- Recording and reviewing daily accounting transactions and entries.
- Monitoring customer and vendor accounts, expenses, and revenues.
- Conducting bank reconciliations and cash management.
- Tracking daily sales and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assisting in monthly account closures and preparing daily reports.
- Overseeing inventory and costs, ensuring necessary reconciliations.
- Reviewing documents and invoices to ensure the integrity of accounting processes.
- Supporting the head accountant in preparing reports and daily analyses.
- Managing daily cash flow and reconciling actual balances.
Skills
- Practical experience in accounting.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant specialization.
- Preferred experience in the restaurant, food, retail, and multi-branch partnerships sectors.
- Experience with ODOO system.
- Accuracy and ability to analyze, monitor, and work within a team.
