· 3-5 years of solid accounting experience, preferably within the UAE market.
· Proven track record in managing Intercompany transactions, including reconciliations, transfer pricing compliance, and netting for multiple sister companies.
· Extensive experience handling high-volume transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong expertise in multi-currency accounting, including managing foreign exchange (FX) gains/losses, conversions, and multi-currency consolidations.
· Deep understanding of UAE Corporate Tax laws and UAE VAT compliance, including filing returns and handling intercompany tax implications.
Skills

· Advanced proficiency in mainstream ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite).

· Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis tools) to manage large datasets.

· Solid knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), especially regarding revenue recognition and foreign currency transactions.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail to detect and resolve discrepancies across accounts.
Soft Skills & Communication
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with finance teams across sister companies and subsidiaries.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing deadlines.
· High organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume transactional environment.
